The Pagosa Area Trails Council is a 501c3 Non Profit Organization engaged in Planning, Building, and Maintaining Trails and Trail Related Facilities in approximately 2,255 square miles of territory around the town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The Council is run completely by volunteers, and has no employees.
