MISSION STATEMENT
of the
PAGOSA AREA TRAILS COUNCIL

 

Promote the use of trails. Identify needs for new trails, parking lots and trail maintenance. Present needs to funding agencies and oversee where needed the completion of new trails or trail segments. Mobilize government, private and nonprofit groups in the support of trails. Resolve trail conflicts between user groups. Identify future trails conflicts and resolve them in advance.
